Living at Lovell Academy
All 132 student-athletes live, train, and attend school on our 55 acre campus.
The Lovell Academy building contains our academic spaces, our student cafeteria and lounges, and sets of 11 double rooms and a chaperone suite for each of our six teams, grouped together on separate hallways on the second and third floor. All building entrances and dorm rooms feature individualized coded security access.
Our Head of School, Hockey Director, and Academic Director work as a team with the support of the 6 chaperones to monitor and ensure the health and well-being of each student.
Customized Nutrition
Room and board includes 3 meals a day plus snacks available at all times, all specifically prepared based upon the nutritional needs of growing athletes.
Our food service partner devotes all of their resources and developmental efforts to serving hundreds of schools. They are partners with numerous professional sports teams and create custom nutrition programs to help athletes playing many different sports power their performance. They provide nutrition classes as part of our curriculum, and consult with our student-athletes to help them make smart food choices that will ensure their healthy growth and development. The Lovell Academy food service staff’s daily interactions with our students enable them to truly customize the services they provide and add to our extended family atmosphere.

Lovell Arena is a state of the art 117,000 square foot ice hockey arena and recreation center. Conveniently located on the South Shore of Boston just minutes off Route 3 in Rockland, Massachusetts

- Goalie training area, fitness and strength training center, and a physical therapy space
- 7,000 square foot upscale pub/restaurant with views of all 3 ice sheets
- 2 Full Swing Golf Pro Series simulators, 4 QubicaAMF bowling lanes, a pro shop, an arcade/lounge, concessions, and a multipurpose space
