Title(s): Science Teacher
Department(s):
Biography:

During my 18 years of teaching science I have taught in public, private schools, and a specialized hockey academy school. My science instruction includes teaching courses in physics, physical science, chemistry and robotics. In all these areas the instruction requires using a variety of methods so that students can learn and show their talents, such as engaging in labs, presentations, cooperative learning groups, and projects. Student engagement in STEM is important, that is why I also have mentored 4 different FIRST Robotics teams and brought them to various competitions. I acquired my BA in physics from Bridgewater State University and went on to get my Master’s of Science in teaching from Boston College. I look forward to working with your children. I grew up in Weymouth Mass. I have an undergraduate degree in Physics and a Master of Science in Teaching physics. I have 2 sons, 19 and 25, and I live in Rockland.
