Dr. Lacy was born in Melbourne, Australia, and moved to the US in 1998. His adult life has been divided between work as an attorney, school administrator/teacher, and theater director. He studied at the University of Melbourne law school, and at Monash University (Australia) and Cambridge University (England). He is a licensed teacher of English, History and Theater. His wife is a teacher and his twin daughters are both studying for degrees in musical theater.
